For cooking with little kids, pre-measuring the ingredients can speed up the process. Then your toddler can easily pour the ingredients into the bowl. Take turns mixing and patting to both involve them and make sure things get mixed and shaped appropriately.

Heat Oven to 400 degrees F. Spray Baking Sheet w/EVOO
In a bowl, MIX: 2 cups flour / 1 T sugar / 2 t baking powder / 1/4 t salt
ADD: 1/2 c soymilk / 3 T canola oil / 1 egg / 3/4 c blueberries
On a floured surface pat into 8 inch circle. Score dough into 8 wedges cutting halfway.
Bake 20 minutes
In bowl, MIX: 1/2 C powdered sugar / 2 t soymilk.
Drizzle mixture on top of scones.
