Beforehand, cut trees out of thick white paper. I drew mine with a pencil and then cut.
Mix shaving cream and green paint together. Place in a dish on the covered table next to a couple of your prepared trees.
When your child comes to the table (or notices the activity and you put them in their high chair) encourage them to cover the trees in paint.
When they are done, let them dry for a few minutes and then wipe off the excess cream by scraping with a piece of cardboard. The result should be a marbled affect.

-Marbling can be done for the sake of the process, not just to create a product. In fact, I recommend you do that first.
-We used our trees to create Christmas cards for Grandparents. Once they were dried completely, our toddlers helped me glue them onto blank cards.
